Do
you need to investigate a potential business partner, investor
or individual where you need to know the truth about their financial
situation?
(Or
previous financial track record?)
Well,
since you can't really access someone else's credit bureau file
without their direct approval (laws regarding this vary from
one location to another - speak to an attorney for clarification
about laws in your region), you'll need to search for the "results"
of financial instability, or bankruptcy.
Court
records - which are public records - are the most probable source
of finding lawsuits or judgments against someone, or their previous
bankruptcy filing. Virtually every state court provides public
access to Bankruptcy, Appellate & US District court dockets,
which can include the parties involved by name, the status of
the opinion or judgment, and so on.
For
example, by searching through your state's court records, you
can find:
*
Bankruptcy filings
*
Lawsuits against debtors (usually by credit card companies or
collections agencies)
*
Tax court filings
*
Lawsuits against their business name (either by consumers, another
business or government bodies)
*
And much more
Most
court records (or dockets) give a brief description of the case,
the alleged offense, as well as the status of the current case
- whether it's pending or decided.
Court
records can be accessed from your local state or county court
office - or they can also be accessed online. However, court
records are managed by each office individually, and some office
websites are easy to find, while others are nearly impossible.
Most large states (with over 5 million residents) states have
more than 10 different court record databases, one for each
different county or major municipality.
That's
where Your Spying Eyes comes in.
We
connect you directly with a directory of well over a
hundred different, unique court record databases and search
sites for each available US state, county and municipality
- most of which are hard to find and not commonly used by anyone
other than private investigators, attorneys or law enforcement
agencies.
In
short, Your Spying Eyes turns your computer into your own private
investigator!
